Hokkaido College of High Technology
Kan Shiono, Principal

Education at our school begins with a basic human education to ensure we cultivate the qualities people need to work together. These skills include being able to greet people or being able to speak frankly with others and listen to what they have to say. We have adopted finely tuned, individualized professional education as one of our principles. Lectures are combined with practical training with follow up provided at the end of each practical training session. Faculty members counsel students while confirming that each point has been taken to heart. Through our diverse and unique educational programs, faculty keep a close eye on students and provide complete support. Students receive thorough test preparation guidance. We are proud of the high rates of success our students have on their national qualification examinations. However, should a student fail an examination, we will continue to provide support, even after the student has graduated. Graduates enjoy exceptional employment outcomes. Having many graduates active in each industry is an advantage for our school.  Our school faculty and our professional education system will help students realize their dreams. We hope all our students fully enjoy their time studying at our school.
